KERNEL presents Raw Rate, a video produced as part of an ongoing research, out of data coming from the web server computer hosted in their sculptural series under the title Mirrors. Looking at concepts of immaterial networks and material flows, patterns of time and structure, the video unfolds as a synthesis between factual information and poetic narrative. The screening of a special, remastered version of Raw Rate will be forwarded by a Skype-presentation by KERNEL, touching on the subjects of their research that formed the content of the video.
